Axis in astigmatism

Hi everyone I’m new to this. Does anyone have any input with regards to axis, is it important when getting lower strength glasses. Thanks in advance.

As far as I’m aware one should not change the astigmatism axis if it was stable in the last measurements.

You should not chage your axis. I have OD CYL -2.25 AX 90, OS CYL -2.25 AX 85. But I received glasses with AX 85 on both eyes. It is the fault of a guy who placed lenses wrongly. There at least 2 problems with it. I see all vertical lines slightly not vertical. It is not greate feeling. And the second problem. I have pain in the right eye when I do print pushing.
